tastytradeReviews of tastytrade.com

I am having a great experience with the support desk with tasty trade. They are extremely prompt and knowledgeable. Tastytrade is an efficient system for trading options. I had a very positive experience and was surrounded by help with videos and succinct support in the website's help section with efficient search capabilities. I have experienced supportive email responses with references. I have never had to wait a day to get any response. Five stars and high fives to tastytrade. Aretta J.

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience and express my appreciation for the excellent support that I received recently. Last week, my trading portfolio was at risk of significant losses due to the stock market's volatility. However, Tastyworks support team provided excellent service that helped me mitigate my losses and keep my portfolio afloat. Their proactive approach and expertise were invaluable, and I was impressed by their fast and timely response. Thank you for providing such excellent support.

My request (selling fractional shares) was completed within minutes

The Trade Desk replied within minutes to my email request. Thank you for the outstanding service!

They located my funds instantly, credited them to my account and informed me.

Super courteous, prompt, informative response to my emailed question. Customer service at tasty has always been great, both telephone and email. Thank you!

Traveling out of country and a change of a 13hr flight made me airborne without wifi the entire trading day. Had an assigned short put position the night before and the risk team was able to unwind my position for me when they could not reach me. Saved me a lot of headache. Tasty, yall are great

I needed to confirm an assumption I had on a. closing trade, the market was closing in 30 minutes from the time I sent my email to the Tasty team. I had a response in less than 15 minutes from the Tasty team. Excellent customer service.
