Super buggy, Charts havent worked for over a week. Unable to contact support or get a response from any human. When it works its fantastic , The platform seems to be going down hill very fast, I'm taking my money out . Be cautious, at this point it almost feels like a scam. 4/2001

Very unhappy with Tastyworks. Their claim is to have accounts opened within 3-5 working days. I have so far been waiting for 15 working days (so 3-5 times as long as claimed) and have only received one reply to my query, being that they are experiencing high volumes of new orders and they will get to me in turn. Still no idea when it will be opened or if they need further information from me.

Platform is completely down. These guys don't work on the weekend and have managed to botch a software upgrade with 2 days of downtime. Trade with Tastyworks if you want to wake up on Monday and be completely locked out your brokerage. No data, no support, no phone trading, no position management, you're just screwed. $0 commissions, you get what you pay for. Complete cowboys who have no business running a highly available platform. I will be transferring to TD after today.

I began day trading with this platform due to the cheap commission prices. Their system routinely gave me higher option prices than my friend that was on another platform even though we were trading side by side and put orders in at the same time. Even putting in limit orders, the price would change between pushing send/review and the order filling. Apparently, pushing send/review doesn't lock in your limit price. I entered a limit of 1.12 and the buy order filled at 1.50. My friend got it at 1.10. Needless to say, that was a costly error on their part. I have used ThinkorSwim in the past and have not had this same issue. I wish that I could say that this was an isolated event but it has happened several times. I have decided to switch to another platform because the savings on commissions do not make up for the sloppy way their system handles orders. Their customer service tends to just say that its's the customer's fault.

I just got off the phone with customer support and it was by far the rudest Ive ever been spoken to over the phone, Im phoning from Australia and really hoping that the patronising and rudeness is not an American thing and hoping I just got the wrong person. Wont be recommending Tasty works as a result of this and will actually be actively telling ppl not to join

Beware of this company. I opened the account when I saw a promo offer of 100 shares if opening before june 30, 2020. Before opening the account, I took a 14 day trial with sky view trading. When I opened the account, I mentioned that. After not seeing the promo offer of $200 worth of shares, I contact them today, and they replied that no shares would be given to me because I mentioned sky view trading. The only requirement is to open the account with $2000, and I opened it with $3500. Now I see the other reviewers about having issues with withdrawing their money. This might be a scam company. You have been warned.
