We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during the cancellation of our Ramadan 2026 Umrah package, which was affected by the war and uncertainty in the Middle East at that time. In the early stage of the situation, there was a lot of confusion, and after careful consideration, we made the decision to cancel the package for all travelers out of concern for everyone’s safety and well-being. Although some parts of the trip, including certain flight arrangements, were non-refundable, we did our best to support each customer fairly, honestly, and professionally. We are grateful that you recognized our effort to keep you informed, refund your hotel amount, and help move your booking into another package. At Tarteel Travel, we believe honesty, transparency, and customer care matter most, especially during difficult and uncertain situations.
