I ordered a wall hanging the size of a baby quilt and was very impressed with the quality of the fabric. I also ordered a T-shirt with my family‘s tartan and the fabric for that item was very similar to what Under Armour uses. Hands-down, I would continue to order from this company.

Both articles were cut way too small. Maybe designed for Asian market? I’m trying to get this resolved but so far I’ve been asked to “measure” and send pictures which I’ve done twice. What is the point of that if the website says “100% guaranteed satisfaction”? I’ve now asked for a refund. Will never order from here again.

I purchased a polo shirt on 20 May, and as of 30 May, it still shows as being at the factory in China. After emailing them for an update, it is obvious that the replies are AI-generated, and you have no way to contact them directly. So customer service/delivery is useless
