Not delivered! Flooding me with emails to try to get me to give them more money and good reviews, when I have not received what I already paid for!

My paid receipt clearly has a full name and address in Florida for our reshipper to Ecuador for my husband's 86th birthday. I paid for the insured shipping, not just shipping. Soon, I got an email that my address was incomplete. So I sent back the receipt with the complete address. Since then, I got back the receipt with my entire address ghosted out and nothing for $49.98 for standard shipping plus insurance.

My items never arrived hopefully they are still on their way but I did receive a message saying they were delivered two days ago but they are no where to be found

The dress cost me $95 and is made of the cheapest, most disappointing material imaginable. They refused to refund my purchase and eventually refunded only 40% of my purchase. I will never buy from them again and would discourage anyone to do so.

First delivery of order was made somewhere. Unfortunately nowhere in our village! Replacement promised within 3 weeks, a month later it had still not arrived. Apparently it had been lost in transit. An alternative delivery address was requested (a ridiculous suggestion for a rural community). So refund was only option.

While Tartan Vibes appears to be a U.K. company the products are shipped from China. Tracking is spotty; also caution to the buyer DO NOT assume sizes are what they generally mean in the U.S. I ordered a 5xl and I would be gracious to say what I received was a 2xl. The return policy is written to favor them only. The only benifit was I now have a shirt to regift to someone and I basically got enough of a refund to cover the expedited shipping. I wont be back. BUYER BEWARE

This item was just cheap Chinese crap, it looks nothing like what you advertised. And the price charged for just crap is disgusting

Took ages to arrive and when it did arrive it was not the right size. I own multiple items of clothing that fit me just fine, so I naturally went with that size, not wanting to have to alter them. But the item was too small to fit. Their large fits like medium
