Quality did not meet expectations.

I purchased Anderson tartan full-length leggings. Firstly, they are very poorly made. Each leg is made from one piece - not unusual. However, they haven't been cut on the straight grain so the setts look slightly squint. Secondly, The fabric has a nice, silky texture but is quite thin so they are more like footless tights. Disappointing.

I've ordered two items, both in a specific tartan. Both orders arrived in the wrong tartan. I ordered a Jeff Cap around Christmas for a gathering at St Patrick's Day. I had to contact customer service multiple times to get the correct order which finally arrived after St Patty's. I ordered a simple golf shirt, again, wrong tartan arrived. Quality of the shirt is below average, so I won't even try to correct it. They drop ship the products from China, so plenty of opportunities for errors, and slow to respond. I'm giving a second star just because they did finally correct the first order.

Two cheap polyester ties with printed pattern for £30 each, rip off. Bombarded with emails pushing to buy more, slow delivery time and not clear on website that they are China based.

I purchased the Witches of Scotland handbag in November for around $60. It arrived quickly, was packaged beautifully, and I was excited about it. Unfortunately, only 6 months later, the handles are already cracked and falling apart with very light, normal use. When I contacted customer service, I was told the bag was outside their “after-sales warranty period” and was offered a 20% refund, along with advice not to carry “heavy items” in the purse. This is a small handbag — what exactly are customers expected to carry in it? While I appreciated the offer, the bigger issue is the quality. A $60 purse should last far longer than 6 months without the handles deteriorating. I also think customer service could use a bit more training and accountability in how they respond to concerns, rather than immediately implying the issue was caused by the buyer’s misuse. That response was disappointing and felt dismissive instead of helpful. Based on my experience, these products are not made as well as the pricing and branding suggest. I’ve since purchased a replacement elsewhere and would recommend looking at other shops if you’re after the same tartan aesthetic with better durability. Judging from other reviews, it seems I’m not the only customer disappointed by the quality.

Dissapointing quality, bought a scarf which was sent from China and it was just really low quality nylon fabric. Certainly wouldn't recommend them.

I was under the impression this company was in British Isles and owned and operated by British (Scots and English). I thought the items were bespoken from Scotland or England. The website is very deceiving, and WRONG ITS CHINESE FRONT COMPANY. I should have looked much closer as company is from and operates out of Shanghi, China with NO SCOTTISH HERITAGE KNOWLEDGE. I feel I was Shanghi'd, they got all my order incorrect and took me over six emails and I had to take over 20 photographs to prove to them they applied the a wrong Clan Crest on the correct Tartan on polo shirts. In addition since they applied the wrong Clan Crest, I asked for the men's shirts to be of a larger size. Beware the size charts are highly inaccurate, all their sizes on the Men's chart look big, as the Men's Polo Shirt shows size 44 chest, real size on polo shirt measures 38.75, waist shows 40, reality waist is 37.75. Customer Service stalls, procrastinates or asks for more information so you want to just get feed up and quit r exchange process. This company never followed through with any exchanges as they kept asking for more and more useless information and photographs. Typical for Chinese companies to work on your patience and quit. Regarding the quality of the shirts, the material of the shirts are a very cheap polyester material, not a cotton blend, uncomfortable to touch or wear, especially during hot summer and fall day here in Florida. We know the value of cotton and linen during this heat. The webpage never really states this is a pure polyester, but rather word play insinuates cotton blend. If I knew this was a Chinese Company, no way would I ever purchase anything from them. As my family is Scottish and we have purchase many items from Scotland and England, all of high and excellent quality with high end Customer Service. In addition, arrival of product took about a month with three different packages all coming from Shanghi China. Will not purchase again, back to the higher price, excellent quality of the British mad and Scottish shops I can trust. Even though we do know British shops do purchase items from Pakistan and China, we just ask before we purchase and British are always honest. So sorry was hoping so much this company was of a quality we could trust,

I placed the order on December 5th. Then, I found out it takes three weeks minimum to receive the order. All shipping originates in China. I was also under the assumption this was made in Scotland.
