I purchased an awesome backpack with a warranty. When the back pack failed ( shoulder strap unraveled from the backpack body). I was offered a lesser quality back pack as a replacement. I'm glad they are sending me a replacement. But I have to deal with an unproven one verses the one I purchased and loved by the way. Oh yeah. I still have not received my replacement.

Many changes have been made to this bag, I assume to remove costs from the production. The zipper pulls are cheaper, the internal tablet pocket uses velcro now instead of a zipper. It is still a good bag, I just wish it was as good as it used to be.
