Easy to order, great delivery. Had one just like it that traveled throughout the worl for 10 years. Finally died a few months ago. Love the bag.

Fit iPad and Apple smart pencil very well. A Targus cover is always on my iPad: very happy!

Received but came in incorrect model. Purchaed Coastline Ecosmart bag but received Classic model bag which is way less expensive than what I originally purchased.

Have had a laptop bag for 2.5 years. The bag itself would have received 5 stars... however the front zip recently failed (on a pocket that I only put small items in, so not due to strain on it). I decided to enquire about the lifetime guarantee... I did not receive a response to my enquiry form from the website so emailed a complaint to see if that would work. I then received a mobile voice message saying there are issues with Hotmail email addresses. Old-fashioned, I thought, but fair enough. So I filled in another form offering an alternative email address. I have received nothing since. If emails are an issue then this company should consider online chat or Whats App. So, nice bags for as long as they work but take the "lifetime guarantee" with a pinch of salt.

If you’re looking for a backpack that eventually falls apart, Targus may have perfected the product. After about six years of normal use, the pull tabs on the pockets have started falling apart, making the zippers increasingly difficult to use. These aren’t decorative pieces—they’re basic components that should be able to withstand being pulled every time you open a pocket. So I contacted Targus customer support, expecting them to stand behind their product. Instead, I got a lesson in Targus’ definition of “quality.” Their response? It’s “normal wear and tear” after six years. Seriously? The customer-service response was almost more disappointing than the backpack. Rather than showing any interest in the problem or offering a reasonable solution, the representative essentially dismissed it with, “It’s six years old, so what do you expect?” Apparently, Targus believes that once you’ve owned their backpack for six years, you should consider yourself lucky it hasn’t completely disintegrated. Maybe Targus should start printing expiration dates on their backpacks: “Best used before the sixth anniversary. After that, you’re on your own.” I didn’t use this backpack to haul bricks, climb mountains, or drag it behind a truck. I used it as a backpack. After six years of normal use, I expected some wear, but I certainly didn’t expect basic pocket pull tabs to be falling apart—and I definitely didn’t expect customer service to essentially shrug its shoulders and call it normal. A good company doesn’t just sell a product. It stands behind what it sells. Targus apparently believes customer service means explaining why the customer shouldn’t expect too much from the product they paid for. Save your money. There are plenty of backpacks that cost less and apparently understand the revolutionary concept of making components that last. Targus: if six years is considered an acceptable expiration date for your backpacks, then at least be honest about it. And if this is what you call customer service, don’t be surprised when customers take their business elsewhere. One star. The backpack lasted six years. Targus customer service managed to disappoint me in considerably less time.
