Have had a laptop bag for 2.5 years. The bag itself would have received 5 stars... however the front zip recently failed (on a pocket that I only put small items in, so not due to strain on it). I decided to enquire about the lifetime guarantee... I did not receive a response to my enquiry form from the website so emailed a complaint to see if that would work. I then received a mobile voice message saying there are issues with Hotmail email addresses. Old-fashioned, I thought, but fair enough. So I filled in another form offering an alternative email address. I have received nothing since. If emails are an issue then this company should consider online chat or Whats App. So, nice bags for as long as they work but take the "lifetime guarantee" with a pinch of salt.

I like Targus products, but the support was awful, inexcusably so. My product was defective (probably defectively designed because the piece that made my iPad cover stand up, became unglued). Rather than the promised 5-6 days to send out a new product, it took about 5-6 WEEKS. (I also had to pay for the shipping and tracking of my product, about $10) And, whenever I wanted to find out the status of my replacement product because it was taking so long, I had to open a new ticket just to make an inquiry. On one of my follow ups, they had no idea they'd received the product back from me. (Good thing I had that tracking number they made me pay for.) When I finally got my replacement product and completed their online survey, there was no way to have someone contact me. Targus, please let your customers know the status of their claim on an ongoing basis by making it easy to log in to find out where things stand. Customer Service said they closed the claim b/c it was sent to the Warranty people, and that they had no idea what the Warranty people were doing, so make sure your Customer Service people have access to the Warranty information! In the meantime, my IPAD was unprotected for this entire 5-6 weeks until I received the replacement. Although your personnel were unfailingly polite, they had no information to offer. PS- I got an email saying my case was closed BEFORE I got my replacement delivered. I should also note that the replacement product was different from my original product with no note to explain. Sorry for the prattling, I'm really annoyed at Targus for the poor support. Life is short so I will stop now!

I don’t like the pen type, the smaller version is easier to use.

I have tried several times to return an item and I never received any thing back regarding my return. The case does not fit my iPad and I need to return it.

Targus Eco Smart Keyboard If Franz Kafka ever designed a keyboard, this would be it. Arrived completely dead, battery drained flat. Of course, no mention in the instructions that you’ll need to both plug it in and aim a blinding light source (in my case, a 1200-lumen bike light that can scorch your retinas) just to get the LED to turn from red = hopeless to green = maybe usable. Pairing? Hidden behind Buttons 1, 2, and 3 with an obscure little monitor icon. Unless you guess that secret, the keyboard does its neat trick: solid blue for three seconds… then dead to the world. Nothing in the “manual” makes this clear — because apparently you should have to read instructions for something as “simple” as typing. Caps Lock, the eternal enemy, is front and center. Hit it by accident and you’re SHOUTING before you even know it. Designers could have fixed this decades ago, but no, let’s keep torment alive. And don’t get me started on the F-row of fossils: PrtScn (does nothing useful), ScrLk (a 1980s museum exhibit), Pause/Break (what is this, DOS?). They sit there like smug bureaucrats reminding you that progress is optional. The irony? This “EcoSmart” keyboard demands more power, more light, and more patience than any wired keyboard I’ve ever owned. Truly eco in the sense that it recycles your time, sanity, and will to live. Verdict: looks sleek, feels premium, but functions like a bureaucratic nightmare. If you enjoy being gaslit by design, this is your dream keyboard. If you actually want to type, buy literally anything else.

The ‘Billing Address same as” box was checked. Billing address clearly was correct since Visa paid. But, Delivery Address was my old, 3-yrs ago address in Norman OK. Tried hard to get it changed to my current, Dallas TX address during the 6-day transit. FedEx insisted that the change could only be made by the shipper. In three separate exchanges, your shipping department refused to make this change. This cost me another $13 to have FedEx forward it after delivery (over and above the $10 Targus shipping charge for a $15 item). Because the product is exactly what I ordered, I’ve raised the review to two stars.

I have a generation 5 I pad. I ordered a new cover t replace my old Targus cover. The cover I received is adjustable but much too large. I don’t know what to do because your website does not offer a replacement that is specifically for the generation 5 iPad Please help

I was very pleased with my previous Targum iPad mini cover so I bit the bullet on the hefty price tag on this newer version but it is thin and floppy. If I could alter my original cover I’d go back to it. New design is flimsy.
