Placed an order using the NEWPOETNU. But when I paid with my amazon pay card the bag went back to regular price. So I call amazon to cancel pay. Amazon said they sent a message to Targus to cancel order. But the order was fill anyway. So I call Targus Tuesday afternoon about sending the order back explained all of this to the person that took my call. And still wanted to charge me to send this order back. When I asked about a return label. She seen to get agitated with me as if I was not speaking the truth. I had to have someone at Amazon Pay to call Targus back to help in assisting me in this matter. I don't feel that should have to lose money to return this item, when I cancel this order before it was shipped.

I thought the case I bought would be like leather but instead when I got it, the case was very cheap & plastic like. I talked to a service rep to do a return & he said I would get $5-7 for shipping taken out of the refund when I was fine with. But when I did get refunded You guys took $16.45 out which was more than Double! I will never buy from Targus ever again! Super misleading & taking money away from me!

Tough to get on to the iPad Air (latest model) It was a bit of a struggle getting the case on to the iPad. However I feel confident that this case will protect my iPad Air. I really enjoy that I can use this case with my iPad in Horizontal and Vertical mode. I would recommend to any one needing a case for their iPad.
