Bag has a life time warranty. Bag had excessive wearing from computer over two years where the computer was wearing the fabric. Sent in for warranty with picture, Customer service first claimed it was from damage. Then claimed that it was basically from the computer corner rubbing, and poor material. This was not a defect.

I placed a backpack in my shopping cart, I did not purchase the time so that I could take time to think things over before I made the purchase. Within a few minutes I was sent a text message from Targus for additional 15% off my order if I would purchase mix 24 hours. I returned to the shopping cart and applied the discount code however the discount code was not accepted and after several minutes with customer service I was told that I was not able to use that discount because I was already receiving a discount on my product. Why did the company offer me or entice me to make a purchase with an additional discount when they had no intentions of honoring it. Their marketing tactics are very misleading and I refuse to purchase the item from them

Advertisement said quality bamboo sheets on sale which I fell for. Received 100% polyester substitute. Horrendous customer service stated they considered I got what I ordered!! End of communication! Had to claim back from them through my credit card. AVOID AVOID AVOID Scammers. Another cheap Chinese shopfront misappropriating money from Australians by trying to deny refund responsibilities. SHOCKERS!!!
