Sonia did a great job she was very kind and help me pick out a few glasses , she made sure the other customer were taken care of even though she was helping me . I love that she gave great customer service . Thank you for that Ms Sonia . She was very professional.

Richard Nurse at Target optical San Carlos Blvd Fort Myers was a lifesaver!! Fixed my broken glasses in just a few minutes. He was kind and courteous the Geppetto of glass repair!!! Thank you.

Target Optical Online was easy to browse through and purchase from. I did have some difficulty though because the model name of the glasses is not very clear. For example, I wanted to buy some Clubmasters from Rayband and selected the ones I thought were on the website. The name "clubmaster" was not on the actual listing. Once I got the glasses, I saw that the lenses were the "reverse" model, which was unclear on the website. Once I reached out for an exchange, the customer service team went above and beyond to make the exchange smooth and easy. They offered to cover the cost of the exchange up to $100 MORE than the initial cost and sent the replacement pair literally the same day. Another thing to note is that it is not outright clear that the website Target Optical and the local Target Optical in-store are actually two different entities. It would make the shopping experience much easier if the two were connected. So my suggestion is to pick one or the other. In-store does not take returns or exchanges for orders made online and vice versa.

Service, selection, price are terrific. I love the glasses they look and fit amazing. Very happy with my choice to try Target Optical. I have been telling everyone about it.

The best experience. Fast shipping and competitive pricing.

website is a bit glitchy at times but mostly good. very easy to apply insurance and great discounts. super easy, worry free returns.

I am really impressed with the service. Considering how busy they are in December, when everyone is scrambling to get the eye insurance benefits by the end of year. I was one of them. They did everything they could to help me be sure to get my benefits used when I had a last minute return. I was very impressed how wonderful they were when I wanted to return the glasses and still use my insurance credit. The customer service person explained how I needed to do it precisely and was very patient with me while I jotted things down. I can hardly wait till I get my new pair and I am praying that they come out well. Either way I'm sure they'll help me get them adjusted if needed. You all deserve a pat on the back after everything you went through in December.

I priced the exact same prescription glasses I wanted on several websites. Definitely avoid Lenscrafters - they are shady - I priced my glasses 3 times on their website and every time, I ended up with a different end price. I did the same with Target Optical - the price was always the same and Target Optical had the lowest price overall. I'm also a Target Red Card Holder and I received an additional 5% off. Glasses were delivered before the expected delivery date. Well made, well packaged
