I stopped in the Wake Forest Optical location on Retail Dr. My glasses needed an adjustment bad. They were very tight behind my ears. Jazz looked behind my ears and all around how they were fitting. Took the glasses back to adjust and when I put them on they were perfect! I am pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff here.

I walked in and scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks forward, then asked if they could fix a pair of sunglasses I brought with me. An inch of one of the glasses 'arms' had broken off when I dropped them on a tile floor. The friendly attendant didn't have a replacement piece but was willing to create a hack and fixed it with another supply she had in the back....no charge. Unexpected "above and beyond" service...and I wasn't even a customer yet.

Went in on Thursday, glasses came in on Monday…3 days later! Teresa told me I look like Robert Downey Jr with my new frames! I’ve been walking on clouds ever since!!!

This was my first time using an online option for prescription glasses. The selection of name brand frames is amazing. I picked Oakley frames and lenses with Transitions. I was a little nervous about the placement of my progressive lenses without a measurement but these are hands down the best glasses I have ever owned. Customer service is amazing as well.

I went to the target in the Springfield Mall, and I can’t say enough about this place ! Great service, great staff and a wonderful experience!!! I found my new home for glasses!!!
