I order ray ban prescription glass and it looks very nice. However, the frame seems to be bent and doesn’t sit flat on surface.

Bought two pairs of glasses, Over $600. The daytime glasses are delaminating the anti glare and it’s only a few months out of warranty. Not old enough to be doing this. They aren’t scratched and are kept in its case. Target optical basically said too bad for you so will lot going back and I suggest going to a regular stand alone store where they stand behind their product not in a big box store you don’t save money there either

The online site is great!! You can add your insurance on it. But the customer service is terrible. So help you god if you have to call them. I pressed 1 to have my list in line to call back. Still haven’t called me back 3 hours later. They can’t help you over chat. Once they cancel an order, they can’t fix it so no point of asking for help. Overall terrible experience

I ordered contacts online and had the option to have the order shipped to my home or the store. There was an option to have the order sent to my home in 2 to 3 days. I had the order sent to the store thinking that would be a faster option. 3 days later, the website said that my order was complete and delivered. I called the store and they have no information about me even having an order sent to them. I called online support and they said that what it means by being delivered is that my contacts were delivered to the courier service. It's been 5 days now and I'm still waiting for my contacts to arrive at the store.

The lens advertised as scratch-resistance, but in 2 months of use, the lens already show small scratch. It's so fragile.

I was making an appt. with Target's vision center in Hiram, GA. I called, was placed on hold, then disconnected. I called again, lots of noise in the background.Since you don't know who you are speaking with on the phone and whether they have a criminal record, I do NOT give my full DOB to a stranger on the phone. I spoke with Christina who decided she would NOT make the appt. because I would not give her the year. I kept asking for someone else to speak with, she said she was in charge. She finally decided to place me on another long hold to get infomation on the Office Manager. I called their competitor. I was told to give my full DOB when I come in to make the appointment. You lost my business and I got a day and time sooner!

Service in store was ok, no complaints personnel was very nice. Problem I have is when checking online status seems to never change, only says being processed.

Twice now have taken my glasses in for an adjustment and both times required replacement lenses due to the lenses developing crazing immediately after being adjusted. Both times, as soon as I am handed the glasses, I realized I could no longer see out of the lenses. Each time, I was without my glasses for 1-2 weeks which is a major hassle. On the plus side, the staff is always very personable and attentive but due to these issues I hesitate to trust them with my eyewear and will likely not return.
