Target Optical Hagerstown Maryland I canceled an order October 3rd, and the are holding my money, $889.63 HOSTAGE. They said I receive a refund check w/in 4 weeks. They would not credit my debit card, which had used. They say the check is in the mail. Two and a half months? I have been continuously lied too, get the run around and brushed off. Today, the regional guy, Mitch, in his very condescending and patronizing voice, told me the check was in the mail and hung up on me. It's 3 weeks til Christmas and I want my money. Went to Cambridge optical (both me & my wife) go glasses, when I receive them I told the person who sold me them I couldn’t see 20 feet away, she said take them home & try them, told her I can drive with them on & then was told to return in two weeks if they didn’t get better ( my wife’s were bad also) we couldn’t get back in two weeks as we are over a hundred miles away, was told to bad

Somehow one of the most broken websites i've had the displeasure of using. Broken links, glitches, and grief galore. Even basic functionality such as viewing an invoice is non-functional.

If it wasn't for Target being the cheapest provider of Dailies contact lenses I'd never deal with them again. My first order for contacts got cancelled even though I submitted my Rx as directed. My second order went through, but when I clicked the link in the email for an HSA receipt, it consistently went to a message saying the website was under construction. Finally called customer service and was told a receipt would be emailed to me. The receipt was basically an email from customer service, not a formal HSA receipt. I'm hopeful HSA will accept it, but we shall see...

Bought my daughter a pair of glasses added prescription online and got a demo pair sent. No prescription. I thought I was getting a great deal based on insurance due to the cost. They charged me and kept the warranty fee and only returned a fragment of what I paid. They were not helpful and lied about the full refund. And even if they were not a demo pair the frames were cheaply made. I feel like I was not treated fairly nor respectfully. Target presents itself as equal and as if they are corporate responsible and cares about its customers but that in my case is not true. Could it be because I don’t fit a certain profile?

We put in my husband's insurance information and we thought we were getting prescription glasses but got a cheap demo pair. No wonder they were marked down so low. I'm trying to return them on the website but the page cannot be found.

I was rushed and oversold. The eyeglass store is tiny and crowded room with seven people. When glasses arrived they didn't even spend the time to adjust the frames and didn't give me a glasses case or glasses cleaner. Glasses kept sliding down my nose so I went to Wal Mart Optical and they adjusted my glasses for free and did an excellent job. I then bought a less expensive pair I liked better. Optician spent 15 minutes helping me select frames. Wal Mart Optical blows Target Optical away!!!!!!!

When I went back to store to pick up glasses I could not see. I left and no one ever called me to tell me what the problem was. I called again and again was told some one would call me, no one did. After 3 months I finally was credited for the glasses but the doctor would not return my money for the exam. His exam did not provide me with the correct prescription. I lost $80 and do not have glasses. Do not go to Target optical in Bethel they did nothing for me but cost me time and money.
