If I can I will give them zero start, did an appointment cancel because both doctors were sick, (sight) , went yesterday formula other appointment. Was closed, called phone no answer. Nobody called to asked me why I didn't go to my appointment considering the side stays that it was open since 9AM.

Target Optical Online has been the worst return service I’ve experienced. I had to return contacts that were the wrong prescription. A printing label was sent and I shipped the contacts back within the next day. It is now 6/28/24 and no refund, the return notice advises it would take 15 days for the return of funds but it’s been 18 days since and when I called customer service, I was told my return did not trigger the system. If a customer has to wait a whole 23 days just for a refund is a bit excessive. I definitely will not be purchasing in the future, I tried out target optical once and will be my last.

Horrible we had made two appointments ahead of time then before our appointment we are told we have to pay for a mandates pictures of our eyes because the dr isn’t in and it is a televise visit. I tell them this is unfair that customers are being forced into paying for something just because of them wanting the convince of doing televised visits. Then I am told they will waive the two $35 fees and right as we are getting there I’m told the dr said no he will not waive the fee. He would rather lose two customers instead of keeping word on what we were told. We will never return and I will be contacting our insurance company as well. This location needs to be shut down. It is a scam.

My prescription for glasses is -2.75, but my contacts are -3.00. I accidentally put in the strength for my glasses with my years supply of contact lenses. I did not realize I did this until the contact lenses arrived and I tried on a pair and noticed my vision was blurry. I have 7 unopened boxes of contact lenses in the wrong prescription that Target Optical will not accept back from me for an exchange or a refund. I paid almost $500 for these. I submitted a copy of my prescription along with my order on 4/26/2024, but this was not verified by anyone with Target Optical. I was offered a 40% voucher off of my next purchase, but am out of nearly $500 for an error that I admittedly made. It's unbelievable that you do not allow customers to exchange incorrect prescriptions for correct prescriptions especially when there is a high dollar amount and an entire years supply of contact lenses involved.

Order to store, no help from optical had to go customer service for help. Optical didn't offer to adjust the glass. 1st and last time ordering.

I ordered my glasses in February of 2024 I never got a call saying they were ready to be picked up . so after less than two weeks I called and yes they were ready so I picked them up . Well after I had them less than a week I noticed two stitches on them and the coating looked lime it was peeling off. So I brought my glasses back and asked if they could do over yes I was told so I agreed . That was almost three weeks ago come monday I called a few times kept getting they are not back yet . This pasted Friday I called again a woman told me they received them back and the problem had not be fixed that was April 9 . I asked why didn't I ever get a call back to let me know what's going on I am very very disappointed in the customer service I plan on calling again and want to speak to the manager horrible communication😡

My husband had an appointment and Target made a claim for an order we never received or requested. Now they are unable to help us. My husband can not see without his contacts and we can not afford to buy these without insurance. Our experience has been the worst. So frustrated.
