Ellie from Taradel is amazingly helpful and I couldn't be more grateful for her and her team's assistance with our mailers. Would 10/10 recommend!

We got off to a rough start one side of our flyer had the correct phone number on it and the other side of the flyer did not. Your team was able to give me a 50% credit for another flyer. I am satisfied with the results.

Hi Lisa, thanks for the review. We look forward to working with you again and thanks for being such a great client!

Great service. Though something was a little off, as one address received a mail piece twice (one on two different days). Otherwise pleased. I would assume it was something with the PO or Mail Delivery, not with Taradel.

Excellent front and back-end service, high quality printed materials, and competitive pricing are all reasons I've come back to Taradel and will continue to do so.

The website was tricky to use and there is minimum tech support. When my final post card was delivered it was sent to the incorrect zip code which didn't meet my desired location. Customer service refused to work with me in any way to have the post card delivered to the correct zip codes. Essentially the money I spent was wasted as it did not reach my target customers.
Response from TaradelJul 8, 2021
Hi Kelly, thanks for the feedback. It looks like our rep followed up with USPS documentation showing that your postcards were delivered correctly. Please reach out if you have any further questions — we'd love to help!

The maps are not accurate as far as the number of home versus apartment in most zip codes. I know this, as I have lived in some of these zip codes. This is very important to us as we need to market to home owners only. I have reported this many times but it does not change. This is why we stopped using your service.
Response from TaradelJul 8, 2021
Hi John! The data used on our maps is direct from the USPS. This data is updated monthly. You may want to consider the classification of homes vs. apartments (i.e. single family homes, multi-family homes, townhomes, etc.). Please let us know if we can help!
