Awful!!!! Such a waste of money. I believe $4.00 would have been to much for these items. I am so glad I ordered them before my friends. I would have been so embrassed if they would have ordered them on my advice. Linda Benson

Ordered two tapestries on April 22. It is now June 25 and still no delivery of items that were paid for over 2 months ago. Products from China are the downfall of America. BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER from these people, because if you do you will thoroughly regret it. They have no problem taking your money, they just have a major problem delivering the products.

Hi Tom! We do list on our website that product come from China :) Unfortunately these past few months have been very unpredictable, especially with foreign commerce, but your item will be cleared eventually. Thanks for your patience!

I have been waiting for my items for over 2 months now. I have gotten a different story every time I've contacted Morgan, and she keeps telling me it will be here in a week, 2 weeks, now it's 6-7 weeks. It's been more than 8 weeks, and nothing is adding up. Do NOT do business with this company!

Hey Jen! We're so sorry for the runaround, we're doing our best to give estimates on time based on what the trend is at US Customs. Their time seems to just be getting longer and longer, but your order will be cleared eventually. Thanks for your patience!

Best tapestry ever!

I spent $60-something on 4 tapestries. The quality of these are horrible. Do not buy...even for the going out of business prices. DO NOT BUY.

Hi there, for your convenience we list full descriptions of product material on the website. Looks like we're honoring a refund for the items you wanted to send back!

It was taking too long and I emailed them. I never heard back so I googled them and nothing but bad reviews. So I emailed again and canceled the order. A month later they emailed me asking me why I stopped payment and my package was on the way (from China). I definitely did not realize it was coming from China. I will be rejecting the package. They act like it is a family shop that is going out of business and in reality they are just drop shipping from China.

Hi! For full transparency, we actually have clearly listed on our website that we source from a warehouse in China! We are a small company here in South Carolina, and are working now to pull all warehouses to Cali, here in the States.

Hi Darlene! Looks like we haven't received any emails from you concerning your order, and don't have any orders under this name either.

I have experienced similar issues with Tapestry Galaxy as others have shared. I ordered several tapestries on April 23rd and have yet to receive them. I received an email on the 24th saying that my order was processed and was in Canada. I have received no updated tracking info. When I contacted them, the response was that they were being held in customs due to COVID-19. It has been a month. When I asked for a refund, I was told that once I receive them, I can return them for a refund. I am nervous that I will never get them. At this point, I just want my money back.
