I've been having issues with the app for over a week I've been contacted once and was told its working . I just wish I could have a person contact me that I could actually get some support from. My suggestion? I won't use that language on this forum. I am extremely disappointed. It used to work wonderfully and suddenly not only the app won't work but neither does "customer support "

Tapcheck help me they are the best

Tapcheck did an update to their website and I can not use it. I contacted via customer service number, emails and attempted to use the idiot Tappy chat bot. It has been over a week contacting every day and still my issue is not fixed. When I call they say they are working on it. How long does it take. It has been a week. The do not give updates. When you send an email maybe you get an answer and the answer is we are closing your email and not even addressing what was sent. Their customer service is horrible. They still have not fixed what is going on and tell me may others are having the same issue. They are not helping me and are not updating me or answering my emails. The phone line is impossible to get through. You have to ask for a call back and that takes hours if they do call back. Horrible customer service. I am about to delete my app and cancel my account.
