This is awesome app

The worst customer service imaginable. You can write tickets over and over through the employer portal and they'll essentially go unanswered. You can call and sit on hold for hours, but, you may never get through to someone before TapCheck hangs up on you because there is no one available to take the call. As a business I am constantly having to reach out for employees and it can take weeks upon weeks for them to resolve anything. Do not recommend this company solely based off of customer service.

If these companies out here are not using TapCheck then them employees are loosing out TapCheck is top tier in my eyes number 1 when it comes to to a instant access to your wages don’t count TapCheck out.

Don’t reply back dont help only thing i was trying to do was change my phone number to log in it took them 3 weeks to respond then they asked me for my id then told me take pictures of my self holding my id n take pictures holding my pay stubs all to change my number to log in then i did all that they still aint do it said i need all the pictures n one what is talking about they playing games with people too much feel they was doing all this to be funny but lil do they my job is dropping them cus no help or communication my job texted twice told them my name n everything

Give me my money after my shift not the next day

This has been a horrendous experience. I have been on hold with them for 5 different times and each being an hour long. Don't even bother with the "Tappy" bot. It is very useless. They messed up many lives with this update that they will not take accountability for either. It has been 3 weeks with no access to funding. Ridiculous. This is criminal.

Everything about this helped me with gas, my wife and my dogs
