They were a 5 star up until last week when the early transer fee went from .50 cent $4.99. Thats just wild. It was .50 cents for 2 years then bumped up to $4.99. Looks like I’ll just have to bite the bullet and wait for my entire paycheck.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIXE, THEY OPEN TICKETS AND NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS. i TRIED TO USE THE APP THRU MY EMPLOYER AND ACCOUNT WAS DEACTIVATED BEFORE I COULD EVEN GET SIGNED UP. THERE IS A LOT OF COMPLAINTS FROM MY OTHER PEOPLE I WORK WITH AND WE ARE ALL HAVING THE EXACT SAME ISSUE. THEY ASK YOU TO SEND IN YOUR ID AND GOD KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH IT ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DONT CALL YOU BACK. I WAS ON HOLD A WHOLE WEEK TO GET A REP ON THE PHONE THAT CANNOT HELP. EMPLOYERS RUN DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE OFFERING YOUR EMPLOYEES IT WILL PISS THEM OFF ESPECIALLY THE ONES LIKE ME THAT COULD USE EXTRA CASH BEFORE PAY DAY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I would give no stars if I could! This is the worst app… if u need money fast don’t use this app!!!! Support online or on the phone don’t help! You’re just outta luck till they find time to actually do something besides give you links!!!

Fees used to be $.50 now it's is $4.95! Looking for a job that has Daily Pay. They are a much better platform.

Im talking to my employer about going back to daily pay. This app is ridiculous. You wait DAYS for it to update. One minute you can acess your pay, next minute you have to wait days. AND its always the same excuse that its my employer when ITS TAPCHECK!

The worst customer service imaginable. You can write tickets over and over through the employer portal and they'll essentially go unanswered. You can call and sit on hold for hours, but, you may never get through to someone before TapCheck hangs up on you because there is no one available to take the call. As a business I am constantly having to reach out for employees and it can take weeks upon weeks for them to resolve anything. Do not recommend this company solely based off of customer service.
