I really like the speed of the rotation/vibration of the bristles and the timing. It took a few uses to realize that it paused slightly at intervals. I’m leary about the sanitizing function as the light is on more than I feel it should be. I’ve also had to clean the inside of the holder a few times. The connecting seam also holds debris which is very hard to get to. Of course I always rinse the brush after each use before inserting it into the holder.

I bought 5 of the tooth brushes for Christmas gifts. They did not come with the free gifts as advertised. One brush quit working after a couple of weeks. I returned it after talking with the company and they replaced it and sent me the return label. The replacement came right away and my sister has been very happy with how it is working. This toothbrush is really as good as they say it is. (except for not receiving the free gifts)

Love the just came from the dentist clean feel. Just wish the charging base were smaller for travel. Any chance you could come up with that for frequent travelers? I can't recommend it until you do!

Received Tao brush in mail, came with no instructions,,,ordered 3 in one order, two as gifts, and received bonus gifts for only one item. I wanted to return the other two gifts and it was going to cost me $20 so I kept them. Other than that, I have to say, I’m not an electric toothbrush person but this brush is keeping my teeth very clean. My dental hygienist said whatever I am doing. Keep doing.

I use the product 2 or more times a day, my gums have improved and well as my breath.. I love this think Dale

It’s a different style of brushing that I’ve added to my other ensuite in my mix of different style toothbrushes. I didn’t think I’d like it as initially it was very ticklish. I’m used to it now. The only thing I don’t like is the brush won’t lay flat on the bench after applying toothpaste. The back of the toothbrush is rounded and the sides are flat.

Friendly people. Answer questions quickly. Machine has preformed excellently. Dentist approves.

I love the toothbrush. my teeth is white and very clean after brushing. I will continue to use this brush since the life of the charge lasts longer; I could use it for a month without charging. The only issue is itʻs too long I have a hard time holding and sometimes end up pressing the on button while brushing.
