I bought this as a way to keep my toothbrush sanitized and clean. It seemed like the perfect product on paper. But within 2 months im seeing mold growing on the inside of the device! It's not convenient or easy to clean it off either - literally growing a hair away from my toothbrush head. I also don't have confidence that its being sanitized if the mold is growing inside where it sanitizes? When I asked about returning the product. They tried telling me I received the product in January when in actuality the product was backordered for over 2 months. I wonder if this is the very scam. They purposefully delay shipping and then you are forced to keep a product that you want to return. Very disappointed. I really wanted to love this product but its not near what they advertise/promise.

I have not received my order yet. I have been waiting 6 weeks.

1.) Support service sucked. I’ve emailed them 3 times about returning the product to no avail. Leaving me wondering if the support contact provided was incorrect or simply being ignored. For the 4th attempt, I finally sent a text message. The next day, Someone finally responded to my email. Most companies at least have an automated system that lets you know your inquiry was received. It’s some form of courtesy Tao Clean Support Service didn’t have. 2.) Return policy Sucked! Please read it first before purchasing. They will charge the customer the shipping cost they incurred for shipping the product to you. And the customer will also pay for shipping cost to return the product. 3.) The product itself: the vibration of the toothbrush is in full blast that it actually hurts when the brush head hits your teeth. It bangs your teeth/veneers/caps so hard multiple times that it feels like I would end up with chipped tooth or broken veneer and caps. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

I bought 2 toothbrushes and thought you would send 2 charging units. If I had know it was one per order I would have put in 2 different orders. Talked to customer support and they said sorry nothing we can do. Bad customer support

I’ve had problems from the start. I was sent a new power cord, same problem. Brush doesn’t charge and all the base does is flicker white. I have the most expensive paperweight

I ordered it a month ago and still not received but you already are asking for a review. Well here it is. If it shows up I’m requesting a return and refund

My charging station is still charging. But its not charging the toothbrush after a year. I got intouch and they wanted me to do all this other stuff. I dont have it anymore. I just want a replacement. So if you buy one of these its going to stop after a year. The brush not the station I am trying to recharge it. The station looks like it is charging. I left it charging all day. I hsve left it for days. But the tooth brush still wouldn't work i I have been letting it charge for about a week now My brush still won't work. Inam so tired of buying products online They end up not working

Screwed up my order twice! Missing free items I’m done with them!
