Did not receive my product!!! waited for two weeks before calling Customer Service tracking said it was delivered. I know that rep on the phone said that there’s pictures but it was not delivered. First of all he was very rude. Hung up on me. Didn’t say goodbye. Couldn’t understand I’m half the time second of all I don’t want replacement. I want my money back. I will open a dispute if I don’t get my money back I don’t wanna deal with you after being handled by a rude rep.

Ordered May 13, is now May 22 and still have not received it!

My Umma Tao toothbrush lasted 5 days and the actual toothbrush is dead and it will not charge. I have to pay shipping to return it too. This is not a reputable company - they wouldn't offer an exchange either. Nice look and good concept, but it is junk. Buy an Oral B or Phillips instead.

Never received the actual tooth brush!!!! This is a scam! I've contacted customer service and still nothing!!! Be careful.. I lost money and paid for something I never got it

Product took a while to arrive. Unboxed it, followed instructions, watched the videos, and my unit did not work. Sent message and video to customer support. Never heard back. I finally called today. I was told I would have to send it back first then a replacement would be sent. Completely unacceptable since you have had my money for well over a month and I have zero to show for it. Very disappointing to say the least.

The Tao toothbrush is ok. Do not buy the white handle one in that the Toothpaste turns it canary yellow. I cleaned and made sure I followed the cleaning instruction to no avail. When I asked for a replacement I had to pay extra to have another one delivered and was told not to use sensitive toothpaste. I received the purchased new toothbrush and 2 weeks later in addition to using a different toothpaste, the new one turned canary yellow as well. I was told that is just a cosmetic issue they could not do nothing about it and i was past my 30 day refund. 40 days had past and the wrong information given to me on the toothpaste causing the yellowing handle was a poor excuse for a handle which the material discoloration is obvious and made of a poor material.

I really liked the toothbrush and used it twice a day. After two months it just stoped working. I made sure all parts were clean. Still dead. I was in the process of moving to another state and this is the first time I was able to focus on this. Tomorrow I will contact the company. Often companies say “It’s too late” SO I will see what they do. My Sonic still works after many years. I just wanted to try this TAO and even though it is very bulky it is cute. Just might be another product with little longevity.
