Great, first impression! I was so impressed with the ingenuity of the packaging. Everything perfectly functional, self-explanatory, and nothing missing. I’ve considered a sonic toothbrush for sometime, but the fact that I fell and broke my right shoulder four weeks ago made it mandatory. I simply could not keep my teeth, looking or feeling good using my left hand only while trying to cause a little pain as possible in the right shoulder. I’ve only had my TAO about four days, but what a difference in how clean my mouth feels! In fact, I can already see my teeth getting ever so slightly whiter in just these four days! Very pleased so far!

Love the toothbrushes. I ordred two, on for me, one for the hubs. His started acting up after a few days (fast-blinking on the signal light and no cleaning indicator.) I messaged in to customer service and they handled it brilliantly. That's a good company.

Attractive base, easy to put together, great packaging. Would like to see smaller base, smaller toothbrush head & options for softer toothbrush bristles. Would buy again.
