I got exactly what I was offered in a timely manner. The delivery was fast & secure. The product, itself, is the best thing about the company. Can't say enough about how well it works and easy it is to use. Will be joining the club soon.

So far so good. I do love the timed brushing, the UV sanitation after every brush, as well as the brushing experience. I haven’t used the whitening pens yet but hope they will deliver effective results. I am a coffee drinker so feel like it’s worth spending a little bit extra on this system to help me control the stains but most importantly it is about a thorough cleaning. We shall see if my dental hygienist notices the change!

I've been using the product for a few days and my mouth/teeth feel great. Very easy to get started. I only waited a few days for it to arrive.

Teeth already feel cleaner after brushing compared to my old electric brush. It's lighter with a softer touch on my gums. Wasn't thrilled with the length of time for delivery, but, after using for a week, it may have been worth the wait. Just one suggestion - there were no instructions. Might be nice to include a little information about the different speeds and why you should use one or the other.
