Ordering was great, shipping was great, product was great, just not right for me.

Shipping was fast. Product is fantastic!! I did not receive the additional 2 brush heads that were supposed to be part of the free gift, so that was disappointing.

I have not used an electronic tooth brush in a very long time so the vibration was hard to take so I only use the lower speed at this time. It makes me brush longer because I usually don’t brush that long. I like the idea that it is getting sanitized. I am getting more used to it and I love the travel one too when I go visit family. I think it will be a good addition to my regular routine.

The product work great. The only fault is I order 2 only got 1 travel pod, 1 additional package of brush heads an one package of whiting pen

I’ve had the Tao toothbrush a while. So recently I noticed the blue light isn’t burning when I put my toothbrush in. The outside blinking light is working, but the inside blue isn’t. However the toothbrush works wonderfully.

The purchase process was easy. I was disappointed in the advertising. I read about a promotional bundle I would receive, but all of the extras were out of stock. So I had to go into and change my order. I only received the toothbrush and 1 head. It arrived pretty quickly. I do feel like it cleans my teeth well, but I’m intimidated a bit by it because it’s so aggressive. My gums are somewhat sore. I’ve been using the lower speed, but it’s still very powerful and forceful.

Love the unit and toothbrush. My teeth feel so much cleaner. The holder is fashionable. Love it. Husband loves his too
