Everything is great except the size of the brush itself. Too small and brushing is messy.

Received my order no problems everything was in order now using my toothbrush and I am very pleased

I love the brush but after having it for about 6 months, the button is sticking and it is hard to turn on and off. I wipe it before storing it in the base unit, so not certain why it is doing this.

Wasn’t expecting so much force. Even the lower setting is still very strong. My teeth definitely feel clean. My gums are still sore. Hopefully it will get better soon.

The process was smooth. Shipping didn't take long. The price was a little high. The toothbrush itself, takes so getting used to and the noise of makes could be a little quieter. Overall, I like it and can tell my teeth are already getting whiter. I've used the whitening gel too though.

Vibration even on slower settings is a bit painful. Overall good performance.

I love this toothbrush but my teeth are really sensitive is the only reason I gave it a "4". I LOVE IT STORED UPSIDE down sanitizing the brush!! I would like the brush a little bigger also but that's me!!

I have had the toothbrush for about 6 months. The base is large but once charged, can but adjusted on the countertop better. I am STILL a little confused if the sonic light is supposed to be on all the time or now for antibacterial use but I see no buildup on the head itself so I think it’s ok as long as I charge it once a week. I love the timer on it and it feels effective for cleaning. I enjoyed this brush so much I thought it safe to order for my husband. I like this brush overall.
