Platinum Customer Service!
I ordered my TAO toothbrush about 3 weeks before leaving on a two month trip. Not reading the small print, I found I was on a "Pre-Order" cite when I placed the order. I was expecting it before I left, but as the date was approaching I realized what I had done. I would be gone when the TAO arrived. :-( When I called TAO Customer Service, a wonderful agent was able to get approval to ship my order immediately. It arrived a few days later. I am traveling now and will be trying out my new TAO toothbrush in the next few days. She went above and beyond what I deserved, and thank you to the supervisor who understood my situation and filled my order. I would not hesitate to place an order with TAO again! .

Smart Purchase
It took about a week to come in. I immediately read through all the instructions and started using my TAO toothbrush. I loved all the extras that came with it. The whitening pens, the extra toothbrush heads, and the travel TAO LED cleaner. I’ve only used it for 3 days. I love the way my teeth feel and look and I literally look forward to brushing my teeth. I love that my toothbrush is upside down, covered, and away from all the germs in my bathroom, and it’s being sanitized at the same time. I feel like this was a very smart purchase.

The nicest person, Jade took my call!
I called to ask about obtaining another toothbrush(not the base part). I explained that I had traveled over the weekend and thought that it fell out out of my luggage piece(both luggage and toothbrush were black)and was left at the B&B. Jade ordered me another one. I just needed to cover the shipping costs. She also suggested contacting the B&B to see if it was found-great suggestion. I called my girlfriend since she did the booking and the hosts were notified Thanks Jade for all your help! I really like my TAO toothbrush!
