I purchased a two set of TAO…
I purchased a two set of TAO toothbrushes. I was so excited when they arrived! Mine has been wonderful but after two weeks my husband’s base just died! No light, no charge! I contacted the company and sent videos and explanations about the problem. This began on 8/7. I have been told repeatedly that “their team” would contact me. This is just unacceptable!!! I have to alternate charging my toothbrush and my husband’s! Has anyone else had this problem? We really liked the toothbrush but this customer service sucks😡

TAO Clean Toothbrush is a Scam! Buyer Beware!
This company TAO Clean is trying to scam me!! I officially canceled my order on August 4th, 2026. TAO Clean confirmed this cancellation via email and promised a full refund. Despite this mutual agreement, the company subsequently shipped the item anyway. Furthermore, I never received this package. Because this order was canceled prior to shipment and the goods were never delivered, I am legally entitled to a full refund. I am so frustrated with TAO Clean and I do not recommend purchasing their electric toothbrush!

Haven’t received my toothbrush yet.
I only received the extra brushes I ordered, not the actual toothbrush so how am I supposed to give a review? I haven’t been able to use it yet! 😠 I was told my toothbrush would be out for delivery on 8/16/26 but you continue to send me emails to write a review. And this is it.

No Response for Damaged Package
I have emailed TAO but have not received a response but continue to receive emails asking for feedback. I guess it is too much trouble to respond or TAO can't be bothered to help a customer.

I am very impressed with the entire…
I am very impressed with the entire process (from ordering to delivery) and the product far exceeds my expectations! I am totally satisified with Tao.My mouth and teeth definitely feel cleaner and brighter than any electric toothbrushes I have used in the past. Even my dentist noticed (after using it for only 5 days!) I also like the appearance of the unit :)

Mold issue
The toothbrush works well. It is harsh on my gums. It gets moldy inside. Euch. Won’t replace it when it dies.
