The vibration is very powerful
The vibration is very powerful. It actually hurts in some places. I like that my brush is getting sterilized and I can travel with it.

Easy purchase and delivery, questionable results
Easy purchase and delivery. Appreciate the additional products. So far, however, I honestly don't see much difference in how clean my teeth are vs my old electric toothbrush. Actually, my teeth with bonding on them do not feel as smooth and clean. It takes up quite a bit of space on my counter and I'm not sure it's worth it.

My first electric toothbrush ever
My first electric toothbrush ever. Takes some getting used to - it tickles my gums and mouth. But my teeth feel extra clean!

Happy its sanitized but sad its not dry
I like the sanitizing feature and the aesthetic of the whole device. I think it cleans as well as other electric toothbrushes I’ve tried. However…. It didn’t meet my expectations for drying which is what keeps mold/bacteria from growing. I checked my toothbrush right after one sanitizing cycle and it wasn’t dry at all. So I’ve been wiping the brush on a clean towel before putting it in the sanitizing holder. Other than that, it’s great!

I have extra sensitive teeth
I have extra sensitive teeth, plus I'm 78. My teeth have enjoyed coffee, tea, red wine, chocolate as well as lots of good, seasoned food. I've only been at this for about a week. I can see a slight difference but nothing dramatic yet. Still working on it...

The brush seems to be very efficient
The brush seems to be very efficient. It is rather bulky and the charger takes up too much room on the bathroom vanity. My wife's TAO purchased October 2025 , failed around Christmas 2025. She did'nt tell me and ended up throwing it away in disgust. Now my newly purchased TAO failed on holiday in Maine forcing me to use a toothbrush. Unacceptable. I am demanding a refund . Please send an RMA label to return this unit asap. Jeremy. I am hoping my TAO lasts a lifetime.

Sleek design
Sleek design. I like the colour. Arrived in a timely fashion. Brush feels very firm - taking a bit to get use to. Teeth feel good after the clean.
