We had to send first one back, for some reason it wouldn't charge. This 2nd one, we have had, and have been using it, about 1 week. It is wonderful! My teeth have not felt this good in years, and having it be dried, sanitized, and charged, it's great. I am so glad I took a chance. Now friends, and family have been noticing it, as well as how clean my teeth are. I've also used the teeth whitening pen that was free with it. My teeth are becoming whiter. I will add more review later, if it continues to work well (I should say it will continue to work well), or if it starts doing things it shouldn't. Thanks TAO!!🦷🪥😁

Love this. Got for my Mom post heart surgery to assist in her brushing and she loves it! I’m so happy we got this for her we got them too. Waiting for ours to arrive.

I am very happy with my purchase. I ordered the toothbrush with several promo bonus gifts. Initially, one of the items that was in the promotional was not included ( which was the one I specifically wanted). When the company heard that I was disappointed, they reached out to me and sent me the charger super quickly. Customer service that responds to concerns so pleasantly and quickly is such a breath of fresh air. Now I have a really nice toothbrush in a beautiful color AND the travel base! I highly recommend! Teeth are liking the good scrub too! 😊

I can't talk about the company because I haven't talked to anyone at the company but the product is very nice. I have always used a different one, from a name Co., and will use it when brushing my teeth downstairs, but this one does a much more thorough job.

The ease of use and the fact that the bristles are being sanitized after each use.
