I was a bit annoyed regarding free P&P but you pay an import tax. I had correspondence telling me my parcel had left San Francisco, it then left the United States, it reached UK and eventually was passed by customs. It took 4 weeks but they arrived yesterday and I love the 3 pairs of sandals. I can’t fault them. I’m normally the first to complain if there’s a problem but, on this occasion I can’t fault them

Absolutely shocking Customer Service is a disgrace. Took forever to arrive and all I kept getting was it's on it way don't worry. I was under the impression that I was ordering from the U.S but actually got cheap Chinese rubbish pair of shoes.

My order has never arrived , email them , there reply we have no details of your order , even when gave proof they have taken money , all they keep saying is we can’t find your order ,SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Received sandles. Wrong size, wrong colour,, wrong price. Will not reply to numberous emails Cheap product . Will never buy from them again!! Doesn’t even deserve one star

low life scammers. got 2 fans that do not work. offered me 8 quid as compensation. avoid. started chargeback process.

This company is a disgrace please don't deal with these cheats sent for a lovely fan got a load of rubbish. Hoffible the fan I sent for was an oscalating fan with remote control lights and all I got was a disgrace of a fan with no features at all a lump of metal that blows air just horrible..

Scammers at their worst! Just like several other people in here the same thing happened to me re fan. Said it was from US but actually cheap rubbish from China where I would never buy anything. In the hands of PayPal, reported as scammers. Shame on you !!!

Do not buy from this so called company. Still haven’t received my shoes. I even requested a refund and haven’t had any correspondence from them!
