I ordered 2 x floor rugs (Mats) which advertised as non slip, they were ordered from a company based in Cardiff and no where on the advert did they say shipped from China otherwise I would not have ordered them. The shipping took many days and the shipping tracking was next to useless and didn't work, kept saying Royal Mail. I had a telephone call early one morning from Royal Mail to say they had a parcel for me from China which only had a part address but my phone number. They delivered said parcel a small rolled up plastic bag with tears in it, which was the mats I ordered, they are of very poor quality and when I placed them on the floor and stood on then at the sink, I went flying across the kitchen floor, we have tried them after a few days and they are very dangerous and slip and slide whenever you stand on them. Therefore not non slip. contacted takenotice of, only to be told they are what i ordered if they don't suit could I offer them to others. Second email offered me £4 or return at my expense to china. I told them I didn't order from China, their address is Cardiff and nowhere in the add does it say despatched from China. second email today offers £6 for a £31 purchase which I cannot use.

This company is a con, their website says free delivery over £12.99, the total of my cart came to £22,49 and yet when I put in my details and pressed complete they tried to deduct £27 from my card, luckily I was able to block the payment in my banking app.

Bad sizing,bad quality clothing refused to do a refund and said that we dont except returns when it clearly states in their reutns policy "we accept returns.. within 14 days of reciept" when contacted they are rude, unhelpful. Shocking for how much they charge.

The same poor experience as others... Very poor and faultily clothing.. Refusing to refund unless I pay £15 postage to China for a £22 dress. Will not refund postage. They keep offering a £4 refund only... AVOID!

Avoid...really poor quality clothing for price...will not... after 4 emails provide returns address and keep offering small refund of £2 and asking me to keep the item or give to a friend! Item cost £25...poor material and fit...not happy

AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, WILL NOT PROVIDE RETURNS DETAILS AND ONLY OFFER PARTIAL REFUNDS. CLOTHES ARE AWFUL AND MATERIAL CHEAP AND NASTY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM CON ARTISTS.
