The same as a few others that have been conned by this merchant. I Ordered an oscillating fan with remote control. Received a basic cheap fan that cost me £20 that was not advertised. I have sent emails and received a reply that the one i got is the one i ordered. A load of nonsense. They can say what they like but they are false advertising. The best thing for this site is to shut down and not get anymore orders from honest paying people.

Absolutely crap Wouldn't buy anything off them again. Brilliant advert showing cordless fan that swivels automatically with night light and remote control and folds away.. All I got was a folding fan ! Exchanged a few emails with customer service but no joy....they said it would cost me a lot to send back to China....

As another has said, I ordered an oscillating fan as clearly described on the sales page; when it arrived it did not oscillate. When I complained their support team's response was I got the product I ordered. So, if you want a basic fold-up fan; great. But it is expensive. They operate deceptive practices; which basically shows their attitude. While the item was shipped from the USA, the style and wording of the support email conversation suggests the organisation is not from a country which respects consumer rights; where basically lying about a product is ok. Additionally, the 'sales video' clearly showed the device had a magnetic remote which stores itself in the middle of the fan. Rather neat I thought. The sales page makes no mention of that; so they are guilty of bait-and-switch as well. But the overall attitude is one of "don't care". So now I have a good, but far too expensive for what it does; Chinese manufactured fan. They refused a refund or return because the item does not have a manufacturing defect. You have been warned.

I ordered a mini folding fan, the advert showed it was remote controlled and had a light in it, neither of these things exist, just wondering how long it will work for now. Such a scam

Absolutely shocking! Item writing washed out after one wash. Sent a message requesting return and I was told that it will take a long time and not to bother!!!!!

I made the huge mistake of finding a lovely 2 piece advertised on Facebook ads. I since read the really bad reviews and didnt expect the item to actually turn up. But it did and I wish it hadn’t. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality is nasty. The finish is awful. The cut and sizing wrong and the colour I ordered Light Khaki is a yellow cream colour and just horrible. This cost £30 and it’s the worst £30 ever. I emailed them. They didnt want to know. Said it was the correct item. End of. BEWARE!!

I have sent 6 emails and three private messages which have gone unanswered. I traced the delivery for this rug I ordered. It was coming from America. It took over three week to arrive and when I looked at the sender they were from China. Rug is not fit for purpose, supposed to not move on the floor and I tripped over it twice. It also has binding on it which it did not have in the picture. This is a death trap. £33.49 is what I thought was the price and on my bank statement they took £40.79, I tried to contact firm on the day I received this. On their site it says if goods are faulty you have seven days from delivery to claim refund.5 Days are up tomorrow and still no response to all my messages. I contacted my bank and gave all the details and they refunded me the money. VISA WILL CHASE THE FIRM FOR PAYMENT. GOOD LUCK TO THEM. AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS.

Dreadful rugs, poor quality. Delivered items not as advertised.
