NO STARS! So mad that I fell for their scam. I hope the absolute worst for them, there is a special place in hell.

I ordered a oversize rain jacket on 2nd of September, apparently it left a shipping place in Edinburgh on 30th September, I live 30miles from Edinburgh, must be getting delivered by a pigeon Definitely will not use TAKENOTICEOF again ……..

I ordered a raincoat on 31st August. It was being sent from Miami!!!! Today is the 9th October and I STILL haven't received it. It's apparently been in Manchester since 28th September. As previous people have commented the customer service is totally non existent. It's a automated system that goes round in circles. When I Googled the post code, it shows a house in Manchester. If I could put zero stars I would. My advice... keep well away from this company

The order was easy. Receiving the products took longer than a month, their website and customer service email is woeful at best and leads to dead ends. When I escalated for refund with paypal (not much better) that's when I started getting emails. Quality is not good, requested refund and they offer little money in return. Just stay away, trying to get money back

Fraudulent advertising is only the beginning. The products they sell are nothing close to the pictures. This is cheating the public. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am posting the information about this company on as many media outlets as possible in order to warn people. We have to stop this assault on consumers. Shame on the company. And if you attempt to hack my email account, I will come at you with an attorney.

Ordered sandals ( called slippers) on 17th July costing £17:99. When I sent a query about delivery I was fobbed off with automatic responses. Have almost given up on ever seeing sandals or refund!! Con artists!! 😡😡

Ordered pair of sandals it said £17.99. paid 17.99 through PayPal. Looking at pay pal couple of days later they had actually taken £3.60 extra without my knowledge or authorization. When I complained they said it was tax but they did refund me the £3.60. I would not have paid £21.59 for them. Then I started getting shipping updates 11 from USA then Belfast Ireland. Well after nearly 4 weeks of this i asked for a refund as I thought I was being scammed. They got back saying they were definitely on the way and to be patient. USA had run out but they were definitely being sent. After more shipping updates and more emails from me and escalating my claim for a refund with PayPal they finally arrived. Not worth the money but to tired and not worth the hassle to send back. Ordered July arrived sept.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of slip on sandals on 10/08/2023 When I received tracking notification the items were in the USA I thought I was dealing with a UK business, and UK based goods Went on Trustpilot to investigate as thought I had been scammed, most of the reviews were bad and I didn't think I would ever see the items I had ordered I escalated my worries by email with Takenotice of who fair to say were very good, constantly keeping me updated with the progress of the items through USA tracking info, and emails asking me to be patient as items would be delivered Plenty of time after placing the order thinking I will never see the ordered items or my money back, blow me down with a feather Nineteen days later the items have arrived (29/08/2023) I have never before waited this long for goods that I have ordered online, and doubted if the goods would ever be delivered as the goods were not in the UK, however I have been proved wrong The sandals I ordered were not expensive, they are as described on the website, I haven't had to pay any extra USA customs tax, and have only paid the original price when placing the order
