HWY5 in GA. Always professional. I get a little apprehensive because the technicians look young but I have no complaints and they go above and beyond. When I had my oil change recently the tech went to reset my oil life indicator and saw it was at 78%. He said I didn't have to pay attention to the recommended oil change sticker but pay attention to what the car indicator says. He said the car knows better than we as to when to change the oil. He said next time wait until it's down to 10-15%. He said I could have saved some $$$ and skipped that oil change. I was impressed.

They are quite a bit more expensive than the jiffy lube that I use.

Received a routine oil change on 10/4/25 , immediately after leaving Take 5 my car broke down, my engine is locked up. Please do not use this franchise if you want to keep your car in good running condition. This is situation is detrimental to my family as we only have the one car and have a small child with complex medical needs. My car was running perfectly fine and never had any mechanical problems.

I feel Zach kept me informed of everything that was done he was very professional and I felt safe knowing my car was in good hands.

So I went trusting Take 5 to do a typical oil change and they did it incorrectly causing my vehicle to burn up and leak oil them causing to mess up my engine. They are not wanting to pay for damages which Mercedes is stating if the job was done correctly, it would not have cause the engine to break. I have all documentation as well as all receipts for time my vehicle has been out for about 2 months. The fact that they continue to ruin peoples lives, and finances is so unacceptable I do not see how you can continue to do bad business like this! I am destroyed and outraged.

They list one price and then charge another. They don’t tell you about hidden fees until you’re have way through the process. I won’t be using them again, and I would suggest that others don’t.

I had an oil change, and my Nissan Sentra started to stall at traffic lights. I checked the oil level and noticed it smelled of gas, I talked to a mechanic friend and he told me to drive it for 30 to 45 minutes to see if the gas burns off,but I'm worried about it breaking down. I will update when im know more.
