Overall a positive transactional experience and love my new glasses. I am visually impaired and wondered whether Tajima Direct could address my needs. I am pleased to report they did. Fantastic lenses and great service! I sent a less-known sunglass frame in (Roka) with a unique sizing, so arguably a challenge for Tajima. The finished product is great!
