I just received my jeans and not one dimension fit appropriately. They are unflattering and boxy. They are at least two inches too large in every area.
I did not measure myself, so there was no confusion on my measurements.

Easy order process & quality materials
The process for ordering Custom Jeans for Men was straightforward and well-explained. (Videos show how to measure properly.) The jeans arrived in the US within four days of shipping and matched the measurements I provided in my order. I am happy with the quality of the materials and construction, and would definitely consider ordering additional jeans in the future.

Jeans came January 27 2024, Saturday, Spent almost $100.00 for a pair of jeans that Don't fit, my wife and I measured me 3 times per your instructions ( EXACTLY) the way the instructions said, my calf's barley get through, and can't pull them off, there to tight and the waist is 4 to 5 inches to ( SMALL ), it's a Laugh, the ONLY measurement you got right was the length. What are you going to do about it ? I can spend 27.00 dollars at Walmart and get a better fitting pair Jeans. It looks like Goodwell will make out.

The pants were totally incorrect…
The pants were totally incorrect sizing. Obviously something went wrong. However the vendor will not address the situation. They replied (to email) twice with something like "we are waiting to hear from our order department", and that's it. Now no response.
I believe they sent me the wrong order, or used the measurements I sent, Incorrectly.

Jeans were extremely tight and I could hardly get them on and buttoned. They will be given to a thrift shop. Very disappointed as my measure were correct. I will not use an online ordering process like this again.

Bad fit all around.
Ordered 3 jeans from 3 companies. These jeans were too big in every way. I could fit 2 of me in them. No refunds or alterations they said. $100 down the drain. Luckly, ordered from 2 other places who are willing to adjust on their jeans. Once I find the perfect fit I will purchase several more pair.

You didn't send any email after we sent you jeans when after it was delivered on 15th of November, we have not received any email from you,
We have Free Remake policy, we do not provide return or refund, but we remake the jeans if there is any issue from our side,
We believe that you have mistaken some other companies jeans with ours, as your order was not for 100 USD but for 90 USD, and we never received any email or request from you regarding any issue.

Do not buy from this company!
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! Jeans took much longer to arrive than the company indicated. They said it was because QA found a problem that needed to be fixed. Well, the jeans DID NOT FIT, in the waist mainly but in other places as well. The company requested pictures, which I sent. They replied that the pictures did not show the waist buttoned. Of course not! The waist was FIVE INCHES smaller than what I ordered. What QA??! I could go on and on. I asked for a refund: crickets. I only hope that PayPal issues a refund.
Their reply was that the measure I used was a "cheap Chinese" measure. First, the REAL measure I used was that the jeans didn't fit. Second, I compared the "cheap Chinese" measure to a standard metal measure and the results were equal. Finally, does it make any sense for me to ask for a refund if they fit?

Dear Victor, We already Shared Whole QA Video, It display that the exact measurement were there as per your order and not less then the way you claimed (3-4 inches less then what you provided for all measurements)
We asked you to check the Measuretape that it would be some cheap Chinese measure-tape which shows lesser number then actual, and we asked photo of you taking measurement with another measuretape, but you just putting unusual reply with rant that your measuretape was correct and our QA Video is wrong, and then you started threatening us of putting bad reviews all over internet,
We do not respond to threats like that. we asked you to give us opportunity to find the issue but instead of doing that you insisted for refund, as you know and on checkout you accept that you understand that we do not provide refund or take returns but we provide free remake in case of any issues from our side.
In your case the problem was not from our side, but we believe and assured that measuretape based on photo you shared, tape you used was cheap Chinese measure tape which gives wrong measurements which is why you found that jeans is smaller from all the measurements as
When you measure 10 inches on your tape, it is actually 11 or12 inches in real
So when you measure 40 inches in your tape actually it is 44 to 48
and when we make 40, it will not fit you as you are 44 and hence you will find that jeans is smaller as per your measuretape, and you already mentioned that it is smaller for all the measurement
(So if there was a mistake from our side it would not be on all the measurements but on one or two of them)

which is an example of cheap Chinese tape which measure less then actual, if you see Chinese tape measures 10 inchs where on actual tape it is about 12.5 inches

Miraculous: Jeans that Fit!
I have somewhat strange body proportions and have given up on store-bought jeans EVER fitting me. These jeans fit! They're good quality, I was able to take my own measurements easily, and they really do fit. If you're tired of settling, get made-to-measure!
