I ordered tailored jeans from this website. The delivery took longer than expected, (6+ weeks). The tops of the jeans were tailored pretty well, if a little tight. One complaint is that the calves did not taper in at all, despite me providing calve measurements. The worst part, was the smell. When the jeans arrived, they smelled like a strong mixture of chemicals, fragrance, and body odour. I washed them multiple times, even with bleach. The smell remained. I left them outside for months, the smell remained. I dry cleaned them, the smell was less apparent, but still too strong to wear. I can't really recommend ordering from this site. If it wasn't for the smell, it might be possible to get the fit right after a couple orders; But the smell is just a dealbreaker. EDIT (2025-08-08) After the reply below, just because they "can't find in in their system" doesn't mean it didn't happen. I still have the order confirmation emails in my archive. It is possible they are being honest, and just disorganized. Either way, it's not good. For additional information, the fabric I ordered was SL802-HB, I'm not sure if this is the only fabric that smells really bad, or if they are all like that; But I'm not going to spend the money to find out. EDIT (2025-08-11) Yes I provided the wrong reference number, my mistake. I was looking at a different order from a very similarly named supplier. I checked the video, indeed those are the jeans, regarding the fit, they were not tapered enough according to the measurements I gave. For example, the ankle measurement provided 24 cm circumference, but the jeans are actually 36 cm circumference, which is quite loose compared to the rest of the jeans. Regarding the smell; there is indeed a smell issue. Initially I thought the jeans were made in China, which is why I could not understand why they would smell like that. Now that I am aware they were made in India, it makes more sense. Even though you did a quality check, you probably can't even smell it anymore, because everything probably smells like that. I.e., over time, people become nose blind, to smells they are around constantly. From my experience, even after the washings, when I put on the jeans, the smell wafts up, and It is strong. I'm guessing all the fabrics probably smell similar, I'm just surprised so few others have mentioned it. The bleach was a last resort, and didn't really do much to either the smell, or the color of the jeans. I will not wear the jeans, because they smell too much, I'll probably just toss them out, because I can't fix it. I won't be emailing the care email, I don't expect a refund, I just won't be ordering again.

The jeans showed up in a timely manner, but I believe that is the only positive thing that happened with this order. The ordering process is simple enough IF you can get the site to not timeout. It gets increasingly worse if you're attempting to access your account. This constant timeout makes the business come off as scammy. As for the jeans I received, they don't fit. I have looked at other reviews and it looks like this happens a lot. Not sure how so many people "don't know how to measure themselves". Or maybe we should look at the common denominator which would be the company? Either way, I am going to assume I got my measurements wrong. With that being said, I highly suggest either finding a tailor in your area you can go in to or buying pre made jeans. If you're not exact with your measurements you're going to be incredibly disappointed and out $90. This company does not offer returns for alterations or refunds. So you only get one shot and if you're wrong you've lost money. Then there's the jean quality themselves. I ordered the 100% cotton denim. I have other pairs I've gotten from other companies and the denim from them is thick and not stretchy. The fabric from this company is thin and feels cheap cheap cheap. Definitely not worth $90. I would avoid this company, the product is so expensive for pretty bad quality in my opinion. They also smell heavily of petroleum which is super weird considering they are 100% cotton.

PROS: The jeans fit very well. CONS: Pocket rivets fell of before first washing and the button above the zipper is very loose. The fabric is thinner than I'd expected and I don't expect these jeans to last long because of the low quality of the material. I don't think I'd order again. Even though the fit was spot on, the poor quality of materials used will quickly wear out or fall apart.

The measurements were taken for 2 sets of jeans as prescribed. The waist of the jeans were way too large. Can use these jeans so out $200

Disappointed. Waist was made too large, twice. And on one pair, the legs were 3-4 inches too long. Had to take to a tailor here at home. No support or refund offered by the seller.
