The customer service and the ability to customize measurements are fantastic. I'm currently still doing some fine-tuning to find my absolute perfect fit (as I'm narrowing down the measurements step by step), but the quality and customization options are totally convincing. Highly recommended if you are looking for custom jeans – my final "dream pair" is definitely not far away after the next adjustment!

I ordered Comfort Fit (loose about 1-1.25inches around hip and thigh according to the info on their site) jeans for men, but the arrived jeans were more like slim fit around the hips an thighs. I measured those and found the jeans are only 60cm around the thigh when my thigh measurement was 63cm. In addition I do not believe it it selvedge denim even though that is what I ordered (it does not have the selvedge edge on the inner seam) When writing to support they just said this: "The Fabric is the same that you selected, selvedge denim SL05 DX, which has super stretch, Also as they are super stretch while you measure it flat it would seem less, but due to extreme stretch it has it can expand by at least 2-4 inches and as you wear it over the period time the elastic bond become loosen and it will settle to 63cm of your desired width at thigh" and after that no longer responded and support ticket just got auto closed after one week. I did not order jeans that would be like tights and might stretch over time so I would not recommend to order from there. If they do make a mistake they will not admit it. Better to pay extra to get your tailored jeans at a local tailor where you can ensure you get selvedge and correct dimensions.

I’ve used this site and another before. I am generally always pleased. I use the variation where I am “measuring the garment” and this allows me to “clone” jeans I like. I’ve had positive results. Sometimes I have to make little tweaks to my measurements but overall I WILL continue to buy jeans this way!

A total unwillingness to satisfy me and keep me as a customer

These jeans are in no way tailored to the measurements I sent in. They fit like MC Hammer pants. How could these be so far off from the measurements I sent? I've had better fits from off-the-shelf Levis. I want to repeat. The sizing wasn't just a little bit off. The sizing is way, way, way off. And no returns. Great.

I sent the measurements as requested. The calves, ankles and knees were so tight, I could barely get them on. Then I couldn't get them over my heel to take them off. No human being could wear these jeans. Make some allowances for normal body parts (feet, heels, knees) or take more measurements.
