Hey Susan, We're so sorry to hear that your package has been delayed. We are unfortunately unable to control carrier delays as a result of COVID-19 and have asked our customers to be aware of this possibility at the top of our web page - we ship out immediately following your order so most customers receive their pieces very quickly, some areas have just seen more delays than others, but your package is currently in transit to you. You can view your tracking in your account on our website or in the shipment confirmation email that you received from us, and if you have signed up for text updates for shipping, you will have received a message stating that the package has been delayed with USPS. Unfortunately this is something that is entirely out of our control though we do our best to provide the tools for our customers to receive updates on shipping, including text updates if you should wish to use them, but if your package does not arrive or is lost/stolen we will be happy to help you get a replacement asap. You should receive your package soon, but if there are any further issues, feel free to reach out to [email protected] and we will be happy to do everything that we can to help. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey Kim! We're always looking to improve how we represent our jewelry online. It's really tough because on one side you want a beautiful high resolution picture that shows off what the piece looks like and on the other end you don't want the picture to be too small. I have a feeling you're going to love your bracelet even more once you wear it out and get some great compliments.
