Hey there, Thanks a lot for reaching out. Our jewelry is designed to be very delicate and as such it is often on the smaller side. As for the shipping, we offer free shipping on orders $100+, however, your order utilized a discount code and as such it was not above $100. If you would like to make a return please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you! Thanks a lot, Freya

Hey Kendra, We have confirmed that the earrings you received were in fact the correct size, however we have been having trouble getting a response to our emails on the matter. If you could respond to us we would be happy to get you a refund for the earrings as part of our satisfaction guarantee. Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi Kristen, unfortunately we mixed up two Kristens that day. As you can see from all the other reviews, this is something that literally NEVER happens. We would love to make it up to you, feel free to email me at [email protected] if you ever want to give us a second chance. Big discount on us :)
