I'd give them a 0 if I could. My brand new phone wasn't working well right out of the box and now it won't turn on at all. Ive done all the troubleshooting I can do. They refuse to either help me fix it or replace it. Come to find out, there's only a 15 day warranty on the phone! This company is fraudulent and very unprofessional. Do NOT do business with them!

This service was down, right NOT USEFUL AT ALL. i was approved for almost 2 weeks and never got a SIM card or anything. Talked to 3 reps, and they knew NOTHING. And don't even try to ask for an eSIM; they will act like you're asking them to give you a star in space. i would give -0 stars if i could

Do Not get a phone from them! Absolute scam loaded with malware that is linked to murder and identity theft! Do not at all cost use Tag Mobile. I work for the FBI for 15 years believe me. Do not get a phone from these people.

This Cellphone and TAG Program Customer Services Agents are the WORST I have ever had the "displeasure" of trying to solve my MANY problems with whatever they sent me - looking like a cell phone. The Customer Service Agents DO NOTHING! Have done NOTHING for me!!! THEY are WORTHLESS! They ignore your calls and emails! They will keep you "on hold" forever and then hangup on you, leaving you to attempt to start the need to speak to one of the Agents all over again. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I need "somebody" to help me!
