i only got a sim card and on my app said i was getting a phone i dont have money i know had sevice with guys before but my phone broke i really need a phone

TAG MOBILE IS A JOKE!!! Why do you offer unlimited talk and text when you know it's a lie everything is limited with you even the cheap Barbie phones.

Never return phone calls ..Made me pay for a phone that doesn't work this is a very terrible company and I need my money back ASAP

The free phone tag gives you is worthless. Best bet is to simply take the sim card out of your free phone and put it in a better phone... Motorola... I tried using the phone to listen to YouTube music on way to work . would not pull in signal..once transferred sim worked great.

I got this a67 l gen2 phone it's junk can't real hear people talk, can't do telehealth because the cam pic is black, can't save contacts to sim says it's been deactivated. If I could give half a star I would can't do much with trash got to assurance wireless for free phone.

I believe to have fallen victim to a scam. My phone was "delivered to front door" via FedEx but we have a concierge that handles our packages and they did not receive such package. I've paid for an upgraded version of the phone ($21.31) and TAG mobile's company policy is " if it's marked as delivered" and they find the phone lost or stolen, I still cannot get a refund nor a replacement, I would only qualify for a $30 voucher which I would have to spend more $ on a phone that would probably not arrive once again. I've disputed the charge and now got an email from them saying that I'm now blacklisted from using the site. Also ridiculous customer support... look elsewhere. Will also report this to the BBB in near future.
