The on line representative was very pleasant. I was able to get my order no problem.

Was little disappointed in screen quality, scratched very easily, disconnects from apps, at times and have to reload them, such as Spotify, multiple times...Bluetooth works great on different speakers i have, in car for hands free, it's hard to hear breaks up sound wise..just a week in to this new cell service hoping it gets better.....

I was paying 200 and something dollars from my phone bill and I got behind in my bill got it shut off and now I have a nice working phone I don't have to worry about the bill for now, I can buy food for my children instead of pay for overpriced phone bill. Thank you very much tag for everything you do. And everyone you help the service is great and phone work wonderful easy Set up

The phone is very low quality, I really do not want it. Can I return it for a better phone ?

I am unhappy with their customer service as I called they picked up, then dropped me back in queue and then it said there are no agents available at this time. I also found out today my phone is connected to a VOIP and being re-routed through another state. I got an Apple Iphone 7 through this company but unable to login and create Apple ID and get what I need through this Iphone. Any government phones that you receive and free services are connected to benefits, you become their product and they can use your information for whatever they want to do to you!
