You guys don’t take the time to read anything through. You guys frustrated the hell out of me not reading every single page of my Social Security Verification Letter.

Everything was great once I got my service, they sent me a sim card where my phone is esim, called them and they sent QR code to my email address and my phone was up and running within 3 minutes. I did have to wait on hold for 57 minutes, but it was a Friday night at 4:30, the man who answered phone was great.

Tag mobile said I would get a free phone, in the application process, then hours later sent me an email and said I wasn't qualified. I received a sim card and thankfully, am old phone was unlocked and compatible with their service. Anymore I did the application, I included a number to be ported, it wasn't so I did it on line because I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone not to answer me enthusiasm I filled out the contact me form. So now, I don't know what to do but I would NOT use them if I had too do it again knowing what I know. HORRIBLE!

I asked to keep my own number. They sent me a new SIM Card to change the number to my own. As always it takes an hour to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Then they changed the SIM in my old phone (whose battery is dying) and didn't help the new phone. ARGGGGGHHHHH

The website was easy and quick.

I do not know if l forgot did to ask for a protective case or not. But l did not receive one. The is good and l happily got it early in the mail. Thank you. I am no longer a dinosaur.😄🌹❤️ Carolyn
