I am very satisfied with Tag Mobile's website. Especially because the last phone companies website was slightly unfinished and confusing Thank God Tag Mobile's website is well put together, easy, quick, and super satisfying I felt like A customer and customer service LoL. I am excited to receive my new phone and glad Tag Mobile is my new phone service provider. I have important things to take care of in my life with school and work I don't feel so lost and Carrying my laptop everywhere is sorta not the business

Called waited on the phone for 2 hours to no answer been calling for 7 days received the phone the whole screen is damaged supposed to be new phone it's a trash phone I need to know how do I get out of this contract to get another phone through a reputable company do not go with tag mobile they are full of BS and they send out damaged phones and then you have no help no customer service poor communication skills been on hold for a week everyday how do I get out of this and give this phone back do not I repeat do not go with these people

It’s a scam!! I uploaded my info multiple times and even though it was accepted for address verification it won’t for my identity. They have my info and there is no way to contact them.

Shit job phone

I have had this phone for about 8 months. Phone itself is great, except a game I have needs updated phone settings that unfortunately are no longer available. Its just a game, yes I get it. BUT when I called the customer service line to ask about an upgrade I was on hold for OVER an hour and spoke to no one! Its dumb. Im furious because there is absolutely no reason for no one to answer when the phone hours are 8am- 8pm. I called around 2pm...no reason for no one answering. Im thinking about cutting ties and going somewhere with better customer service.

I’ve had some many issues.. first the speaker on the phone does not work… second the service is so slow… I have a iPhone 7 that I can not update phone so I can’t download important apps like cash app… last but not least. And they don’t provide hotpot.. went on the website to purchase hotspot and they don’t offer this feature.. uhhh I hate it!!!
