Excellent customer service
Talked to John on the chat and then Sherwin on the phone. They put together the exact system I needed for my rock crawler jeep. The extended warranty was a also a nice add on. Great team!

I ordered side view cameras and a…
I ordered side view cameras and a monitor for my Motorhome in Nov and just got around to begin installing it yesterday. I realized at that time that I wanted to upgrade to premium cameras but this had to be done at time of purchase. I called Tadi and spoke to Supv Gabe and he took care of me and gave me a huge discount on the premium cameras and will be shipping them out to me today. This is great customer service and he just wanted me to be happy as a returning customer so I am very thankful he helped me out.

Very little wait time to get technical…
Very little wait time to get technical help for my new RV Backup Camera; turns out it was in automatic night mode (black & white video) due to low light conditions when I was testing in my garage. It switched to color with more light - problem solved.
