Received mirror monitor that had two cables coming from case. Manual shipped with unit was for a regular display. Reached Leo and explained issue. He quickly sent me the correct manual and walked me thru the setup. Works great.

I got a backup-camera setup from them, the ordering was smooth, the gear arrived in decent shape, and their support staff was surprisingly helpful when I had to ask for mounting advice, I saw a handful or reviews from people who said parts were missing or the system didn't work right, so there's a bit of a hit-or-miss feel depending on the shipment

I purchased the Tadi Brothers Rear Parking Sensor kit for my 1970 El Camino Restomod with upgraded steel bumper sensors. The kit did not work as stated in the instructions or online instructional video. Because my car is extremely long, the sensor cables were not long enough to reach the brain which was stored int eh weatherproof side panel of the truck bed. I connected the sensors to the brain as instructed and they behaved like front sensors and not rear sensors. When I called tech support and spoke to the first tech, he informed me that I had the wrong sensors and that just needed to insert them into the front sensor section of the brain. When I did this, they worked as front sensors in the rear bumper, meaning that after backing up and switching to drive, the sensors should be active for another ten seconds, but this does not happen when connected to the front sensor section. This in my opinion is a manufacturer defect and not what I expect for a $160 kit. When I called in and spoke to another tech support person he advised me that the instructions were not correct and out of date as well as the online video. He told me to put the sensors back in the rear sensor section and to change the hookup wires. Therefore, I did this and connected the white wire intended for the front sensors to my reverse light. The white wire per instructions is supposed to be connected to the brake light wire. This worked correctly and after backing up and placing the car in drive, the sensors would beep as intended for ten seconds as I drive away. But, again this is a manufacturer defect in my opinion and is a work around. They never offered to replace the defective brain or any components, but were happy to tell me how to hook it up despite being the opposite of the instructions and video. The problems continue. The kit I purchased came with a 22mm hole saw. I expected this to be the correct bit for my steel bumper sensors which I paid extra for. It was not. In fact, there were no instructions stating that this bit is only for plastic bumpers. Furthermore, after drilling the first hole into the steel powder coated bumper, which I paid over a $1000 the bit would not penetrate. The bit was chewed up by the steel bumper. I purchased a 22mm carbide bit and proceed to drill the hole. That went through great and when I test fit the sensor the hole was too big. There was no instructions in the kit or on the website stating that I had to purchase my own bit or that the correct hole size for the steel bumper sensors was a 19mm hole. I was able to buy another $20 bit and finish the job. As you can expect I was not happy and when I called Tadi Brothers again, their true character shined. I received arguments and they actually blamed me for drilling too large of a hole and that I should have tested the hole size in scrap metal first. They continued to argue and took no responsibility for the fact that the instructions and kit components were incorrect. I spoke to two different people regarding this issue and both were extremely unprofessional and argumentative. The final straw was when they asked me what it would take to make thing right. I asked for them to fix their instructions and so that the kit wiring and sensors are connected correctly and work properly. I also asked them to add a warning on the website and instructions regarding the correct hole size for the steel bumper sensors. I also urged them not to include a hole saw that was wrong. Lastly, I asked for one sensor wire extension for my troubles and their errors. They responded by saying I could buy it for the discounted price of $40, which was their website price. I told them that would not make me happy and I was just going to write a bad online review so other customers were aware of the product defects and the poor customer service experience I had. A fourth guy called me to say they would offer me the extension cable at no cost. I said thank you that would be nice. He then responded by saying that “that should make you happy and you agree to not write a poor review about us, right?” I responded by saying that the extension cable would be nice, but I am still not happy and I need to think about the review. Guess what he said?! Yup, “well then I am not going to send you the cable. What is the point of me sending you the cable if all you are going to do is write us a bad review.” Then he hung up on me. So, be forewarned. If, you need tech support help, you better be prepared for their coercion tactics. If you want to get a real vibe for this company, just look at the 1 star reviews, I wish I did before making a purchase. Others describe similar experiences to mine. BEWARE and spend your money elsewhere with a reputable company that offers accurate products and tech support to help you solve problems, not blame or bribe customers for their poor products, instructions and tech support.
